Final pricing may change due to revised measurements, structural findings, engineering requirements, product selection, or permitting conditions.

Pricing is finalized only upon execution of a written agreement signed by both parties.

4. Payments

Payment terms are defined within each client’s written contract.

Accepted forms of payment may include check, ACH, financing, or credit card (processing fees may apply).

Failure to comply with payment terms may result in suspension or cancellation of services.

5. Permits & Approvals

Where applicable, Grey & White Solutions assists with permit applications and required documentation.

Permit approval timelines are controlled by local municipalities. The Company is not responsible for delays caused by municipal review, inspectors, HOAs, or other third parties.

Clients are responsible for providing required HOA documentation when applicable.

6. Product & Workmanship Warranties

Products are subject to the respective manufacturer’s warranty terms and conditions.

Grey & White Solutions provides a workmanship warranty as outlined in the executed installation agreement.

The Company is not responsible for manufacturer warranty limitations, exclusions, or processing timelines.

7. Limitation of Liability

Grey & White Solutions shall not be liable for:

• Indirect or consequential damages

• Delays caused by weather, supply chain disruptions, municipal review, or third parties

• Pre-existing structural, framing, concealed, or water intrusion conditions not visible during initial inspection

Liability is limited to the value of the contracted services.

All content, logos, branding, text, graphics, and materials on this website are the property of Grey & White Solutions and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.
